dirtmusic, a band featuring chris, HUGO RACE (ex-bad seeds) and CHRIS ECKMAN (ex-walkabouts) recorded their new record in bamako, mali in january 2009. they were joined in the studio by members of the malian band TAMIKREST. the record is being released on glitterhouse records this spring, and the bands are making a joint tour of europe. visit dirtmusic at myspace and tamikrest at myspace.
